Putin and Medvedev welcome Obama with new nice shiny missles that are supposed to destroy the Missile Defense System in Poland & Czech Republic! Moreover they are going to install radio jamming systems.
In my opinion this is a political move. Not military. The US exactly knows that Russia has Topol-M Missiles that can’t be intercepted. I call this aggression if you want.
